This place is nice, and has great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency tips. I'll be back for Christmas!

The hotel is ideal and fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with great view of surrounding skyline. The rooms are a decent size and well-organised with exceptionally comfortable beds and safe. The property has an excellent and absolutely perfect location, close enough to shops bars and restaurants, trains and shopping area and Close to shopping centres...

The pool area is good too. Fairly quiet and huge room with natural ventilation available from op and fantastic service. Marvellous location easy to get to the station, easy to get around.

Affable staff, excellent services, including lots of fab delicacies. Units for decaf tea. Central location, superb base for discovering Sutton. Nearby Shinner & Sudtone - great place to chill out. Huge restaurants.

I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The bed room was tidy clean and had every thing i needed, a buscuit would have been nice though. The checkin and out was quick and easy and the bar clean and well stocked. Not sure why it had a nintendo WII by the bar though.

Its quite pricey compared to other hotels of the same standard in the area. I may not be a frequant user due to this, shame as its a handy location and i stay over obnce a week. i paid £130 and never even got a breakfast!

The room was a standard queen, and the carpet was clean, made a big difference. The shower worked perfectly, and i enjoyed using the facilities at the spirit health club, especially the pool and hot tub. The staff were friendly and made my night enjoyable with their great service.

Attention to detail lacking in the Bar - leather chairs and tables were both drink stained and sticky on the sides. Bar staff unnecessarily noisy; throwing empty bottles into waste containers.

Accessing the hotel can be tricky without a GPS, as it's tucked away and not immediately visible. I encountered notable delays in the restaurant service, even when the place was less crowded, frustrating during meal times. The layout of the dining area made it tough to navigate with plates in hand due to multiple levels, which could be bothersome for those needing accessibility options.

The politeness of the staff - the cleansiness - the rooms are well furnished in relation to the rate of the room. I would give your hotel a 5 star rating compared to the many other hotels I stayed in England.
